Timur Nagumanov announced the launch of a competition to develop a master plan for the land area adjacent to Almetyevsk

During the World Urban Parks Congress, the Head of Almetyevsk, Timur Nagumanov, announced the launch of an international architectural competition for the development of a master plan for the territory adjacent to the Almetyevsk reservoir. The Agency for Strategic Development CENTER will serve as the operator of the competition.

At the session “Timeline of the park. Does the contest end with a finale?” during the World Urban Parks Congress Timur Nagumanov, Head of the Almetyevsk region of the Republic of Tatarstan, announced that the open international competition for the development of a master plan for the land adjacent to Almetyevsk will start in December.

“Our task is to ensure that the surrounding areas become part of the city, but at the same time maintain their natural landscape. An open competition in this case allows us to attract the best minds, and not rely solely on our own experience. The competition provides an opportunity to explore the site publicly, efficiently and as effectively as possible, as the citizens themselves will make sure of this. It is important for us to create a concept that will suit everyone,” said Timur Nagumanov.
